North Star VMS is a marketing and consultant company that helps to restore the native ecosystem by partnering Government Agencies, Private Landowners, and Corporations together that have similar goals and objectives. The company was founded in 2003 to help North Star Helicopters research new markets and opportunities for our Precision Aerial Application Service. However, the company has developed into much more than just a marketing company for North Star Helicopters.

Barney Lee, President, has had many years of experience working for and now with federal, state and local government agencies. His unique gift for understanding the challenges and restraints that all government agencies work within has allowed North Star VMS to assist various agencies in developing and implementing vegetation management plans.
